Depicted is the constituting service of the Sandy Creek Baptist Church, November 22, 1755. Shown preaching is Shubal Stearns. Beginning at Sandy Creek, a great revival spread throughout the region, resulting in dozens of other churches planted as countless souls came to faith in Christ.
